Do I Need To Register For A Trade Account?

NO.  All prices shown on our site are at the standard trade price, so no need to register for a trade account.

Why have Things Changed?

We have made these changes to simplify the workings of the site, prices you see throughout our site are at our standard trade price, this eliminates the need to register or apply codes to obtain discounts, this cuts down on the time involved in our staff having to maintain data bases or registrations, these saving in time and costs are, as a result, passed onto our customers. Overall working in this way helps reduce admin costs and helps us to remain competative.

I am a Registered Reseller Does the minimum trade order apply to me?

NO! If you are a registered reseller you will, as you already know, have a special code to enter at checkout, this code will override any trade spend restrictions so the minimum trade spend does not apply to registered resellers, you will still receive the reseller discount regardless of whether you meet the minimum trade spend or not. Your discount code will cancel out any automatic minimum trade spend or discount as the reseller discount will always be a higher value than trade discount applied.

Which Products are Available At Trade Rates?

Trade rates are applicable to all products including personalised and non personalised products throughout our site.

Trade rates are shown on the product page but I want a large order, is any further discount available?

Trade rates shown on site are applicable for orders of up to and including 500 pieces of any one single product. If you require a larger order or purchase then please do call our sales team who may be able to offer a further small discount on bulk orders of over 500 pieces of any one single product.
